1. Optimize the research and development chain of "clinical laboratory clinical". Adhere to the principle of public welfare, deepen collaboration between science and health, break through key technologies, and solve the pain points and difficulties of medical and health undertakings.
2. Promote an innovation chain guided by "achievement transformation". Build a cluster of pilot scale transformation platforms, gather various elements of pilot scale achievement transformation, improve technical specifications, and achieve industrialization, commercialization, and scaling of key technologies.
