Shandong Institute of Industrial Technology for Health Sciences and Medicine has established and improved the corporate governance structure following the law and built an organizational management system in which the powers of decision-making, execution and supervision were reasonably divided and checked. Under the Board of Directors, there are Academic Committee, Ethics Committee, Strategic Advisory Committee, Management Committee, and Supervisory Committee. The management committee is composed of internal organizations and external platforms. The internal organizations mainly include: the Department of Science and Education, Central Laboratory, Department of Political Research, Office, Department of Human Resources, Department of Finance, Department of Asset Management, and Department of Technology Achievements  Transformation, and the external platforms mainly include: Research Institute, Medical Center, Research Center, Innovation Center, Science Popularization Center, and Department of Technology Achievements Transferring Center.
