Professor Ma Long, with the theme of "Research and development of a new on-site, highly sensitive detection technology based on isothermal amplification and CRISPR", introduced the challenge of pathogenic microorganisms to human health and social development. He analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods for pathogenic microorganisms at present. In response to the industry pain points of isothermal amplification, he innovatively introduced CRISPR/Cas technology, combined with multi-channel integrated detection equipment, to achieve high sensitivity, high specificity Multiple detection analysis of drug resistance genes and SNPs. CRISPR/Cas technology will play an important role in areas such as food safety, tumor detection, and non nucleic acid target detection.
