Molecular platform

The molecular platform of SIIT is equipped with  a fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument of LightCycler 4800 Ⅱ, an ordinary PCR instrument, a fully-automated clinical nucleic acid extraction system of MagNa Pure 24，a capillary electrophoresis Bio-Fragment Analyzer for DNA, RNA and protein of Qsep 1, a full-feature instrument for imaging and analyzing gels and western blots of Bio-Rad ChemiDoc MP Imaging System, a multi-mode microplate reader of spectraMAX iD3^® ,Bio-Rad PowerPacBasict, and other equipments.
