The Professional Title of SIIT

In order to strengthen the construction of professional and technical personnel of SIIT  and promote the outstanding talents, according to the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Job Title System of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council, Interim Provisions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Judging of Job Titles and Measures for Judging the Qualifications of Shandong Province's Professional and Technical Positions (for Trial Implementation) (LUHU Renfazhong (2002) No. 26) and other relevant regulations, the Measures for Appointment of Professional and Technical Positions have been formulated with the actual situation of the Institute. The Management Measures for Appointment of Professional and Technical Positions are formulated by combining the actual situation of the Institute.

According to the principle of "setting up posts according to needs, appointing according to posts, and combining assessment and employment" of SIIT, combined with the actual situation of the Industrial Research Institute, SIIT has unified the setting up of various types of professional and technical posts at all levels within the scope of the whole Institute, and formulated the "Judging Conditions for Professional and Technical Positions of Natural Science Research Series", "Judging Conditions for Professional and Technical Positions of Experimental Technicians", "Judging Conditions for Professional and Technical Positions of Engineering Technicians". The "Assessment Conditions for Professional and Technical Positions of Natural Science Research Series", "Assessment Conditions for Professional and Technical Positions of Experimental Technicians" and "Assessment Conditions for Professional and Technical Positions of Engineering Technicians" were formulated.

1. The main professional and technical positions of SIIT are natural science research positions, which include researcher, associate researcher, assistant researcher, and research intern.

2. The professional technical assistance positions of SIIT include experimental technology positions and engineering technology positions.

2.1 The experimental technology positions include: senior experimenter, experimenter, assistant experimenter, and experimenter;

2.2 The engineering technology positions include: Senior Engineer, Engineer, Assistant Engineer, and Technician.
