Launch of the Inaugural "Dual-Wings Practical Program": From Knowledge to Action—Empowered by Dual Wings, Shaping the Future of Medicine Together!

On July 4, 2025, the inaugural “Dual-Wings Practical Program for Medical Student Development: Healthy Lifestyle & Scientific Thinking Training”，jointly organized by the School of Biomedical Sciences of Shandong First Medical University and the Shandong Institute of Industrial Technology for Health Sciences and Precision Medicine (SIIT), was officially launched. This program actively responds to the Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan and the Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating Innovation and Development in Medical Education. With a practice-oriented approach, it is committed to cultivating "all-round" medical talents with both a strong sense of social responsibility and professional capabilities, injecting new vitality into the cause of medical and health services in the new era.

AGuided by the core philosophy of “nurturing compassionate medical innovators”, the program adopts a dual-drive model of "healthy lifestyle + scientific research thinking training" and builds a development platform focused on "strengthening social responsibility + enhancing professional capabilities". It aims to reserve a pool of innovative medical talents with a public welfare spirit and professional expertise for advancing the Healthy China strategy.
